Mindy Oberg is a subject matter expert in enterprise-wide program management services, including physician and operational workflow with in-depth expertise in healthcare information technology. 


Mindy has worked alongside senior executives, physicians and hospital leadership as a liaison with information technology professionals to ensure increased value from all healthcare technology initiatives with multiple EHR and Practice management vendors, whether the initiative be a new program, system implementation, upgrade or optimization. Mindy is a healthcare consultant with experience in leadership, information technology, management, clinical and business operations from both the hospital and clinic settings. 

Ms. Oberg is a results-driven professional with 20 years of experience focused on provider and user adoption, usability, revenue cycle, integration, data warehouse and analytics, population health, engagement, patient mobility and secure communications.  Ms. Oberg is well-versed in industry trends, growth and business development, skills and abilities related to consulting, strategy, assessments, system support, and implementation for both inpatient and ambulatory settings.   She helps teams incorporate and hard-wire best-practices into their clinical and revenue cycle operations, based off of lean six-sigma principles.   


Prior to healthcare, Mindy spent 5 years in the banking industry, working in management while attending undergraduate studies at Georgia State University.  She earned a Bachelor of Arts in sociology in March 1998 and received her Masters in Business Administration and Masters in Healthcare Administration in December 2014 from Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia.
